Feb. 11, 2005 Appeals Committee Telephone Conference Summary
    Two cases were reviewed and decided on the basis of documentation presented to the Appeals Committee via telephone conference call:

    a. Denied appeals to grant relief of By-Law 238 and Board policy to not have local school discipline of ineligibility for participation follow student to new school. Took further action to table a final decision on a transfer occurring for athletic reasons for student one and undue influence and athletic reasons for student two until the Investigative Committee report is received by MSHSAA staff.
