July 25, 2005 Board of Directors Meeting Summary
    Accepted the retirement resignation of Becky Oakes as executive director, effective February 1, 2006.

    Established the following time line for securing, interviewing and selecting an individual to serve as Executive Director for the MSHSAA with a minimum salary to be set not lower than $110, 000.

    - Job position to be posted August 15, 2005

    - Application deadline is October 1, 2005

    - Interviews to be conducted after middle of October

    - Selection completed by December 1, 2005

    - Director to begin employment no later than July 1, 2006
