May 7, 2007 Appeals Committee Three-Member Panel Summary
    The three member panel of the MSHSAA Appeals Committee heard one case via a telephone conference call and ruled as follows:

    a. Denied appeal to grant unrestricted eligibility to the following school’s student under provisions contained in MSHSAA By-Law 238.3-a-8, Hardship Application Transfer, and By-Law 212, Citizenship. Student has no eligibility for 365 days of enrollment.
