1. Recommend to petition the board to review the alumni game policy to allow alumni games before the season and not require that the games not be counted on the season. (Denied)

2. Recommend to change the overtime procedure for regular season games and tournaments that require advancement (Not Pool Play) to require penalty kicks to determine a winner if a winner has not been determined after playing two-10 minute sudden victory periods have been played. (Approved)

3. Recommend to change the overtime procedure for all state tournament games (districts to finals) to two-15 minute sudden victory periods with the National Federation penalty kick procedure to follow if necessary. (Approved)

4. Recommend that the required playing field for a district tournament host site be 60 yards by 110 yards and it is strongly recommended that the playing field width be at least 65 yards when possible. (Approved)

5. Recommend that a point of emphasis at the rules meetings be that all coaches are certified. (Approved)
