Jan. 16, 2008 Appeals Committee Three-Member Panel Conference Call Summary
    The Three Member Emergency Panel of the MSHSAA Appeals Committee heard 2 cases and ruled as follows:

    a. Denied appeal to grant unrestricted eligibility to the following school’s student under provisions contained in MSHSAA By-Law 238.3-a-8, Hardship Transfer Applications and granted restricted eligibility under Transfer Waiver, By-Law 238.3-a-9:

    1. Hazelwood Central High School

    b. Granted appeal for eligibility to the following school’s student under provisions contained in MSHSAA By-Law 238.3-a-9, Waiver Transfer Application, student granted eligibility under the Waiver Standard as transfer was deemed not being made for athletic reasons.
